For Legacy Property’s new community at Gledswood Hills, we created a Sales Centre that felt truly anchored to its setting. A Woodland Grey Colorbond steel exterior and wide verandah echoed the semi-rural character, while inside, timber-lined walls, timber floors and classic sconces created an authentic heritage feel. Rose gold-framed lifestyle imagery and subtle topographic decals on the windows elevated the space with a refined, contemporary edge. Interactive displays and intricate masterplan models gave buyers a clear, personal sense of how life would unfold within the community.
