Set on the former Corrimal Coke Works site near Wollongong, this masterplanned precinct reimagines a place rich with history. Original structures, from chimneys to kilns, remain as powerful reminders of its legacy, and we wanted that sense of heritage to be felt the moment buyers walked in. Our design took cues from art galleries and museums, blending storytelling with sophistication. Onsite, our team salvaged original bricks to recreate a historic archway, framing a heritage display that anchored the space in authenticity. The Works’ branding colour palette inspired the interiors, from the brass-framed lifestyle imagery to the lush green plants, and a replica kitchen was designed to showcase the premium finishes buyers could expect. To complete the experience, innovative digital assets and detailed scale models gave visitors a personalised journey through the project, not simply showing them homes but immersing them in the community’s story.
